Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Clinician Roundtable
This roundtable discussion with practicing clinicians will highlight the importance of interprofessional collaborative practice in everyday healthcare. Come listen to the real-life cases and interprofessional decision making happening in current practice. Highlights include distinct differences between interprofessional and multidisciplinary care, clinician perspectives on approaches to collaborative practice, and navigating healthcare barriers. Bring your cases and questions to add to the discussion!
After attending this session the learner will be able to:
- Understand how interprofessional collaborative care can improve daily clinic practice
- Appreciate the benefits and challenges of interprofessional care in clinical practice
- Consider ways to integrate interprofessional collaborative practice into future clinical practice or educational environments
