As a co-host of Nexus Summit 2023, the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative (AIHC) invites attendees to learn more about the organization and opportunities for involvement through member-led, member-organized events during the Nexus Summit.

AIHC Mentoring Program Information Session

Are you a new or experienced leaders in IPE involved in interprofessional academic initiatives and/or academic-practice partnerships? Would you like to receive mentoring or serve as a mentor for a colleagues from another institution? Join us to learn about the AIHC Mentoring Program and opportunities for health and social care faculty across rank and experience levels to participate as a mentor or mentee in this year-long, virtual program. Former program mentees are encouraged to apply as mentors.

Applications for the 2023-2024 cohort are due Saturday, September 30, 2023.

AIHC Leadership Community Gathering
Join us for the next AIHC Leadership Community Gathering, "How have you been challenged in closing the gap between IP education and practice?

In keeping with the Nexus Summit 2023 theme of "Working Together for Impact," attendees of the virtual Leadership Community Gathering should prepare to share ideas or attempts to bridge IP education and practice and related successes and/or challenges to receive feedback from peer IPE leaders using a format similar to “Wise Crowds.”

Join us with a cup of coffee to learn more about the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative and how to become involved.  Highlights during the AIHC Open House include:

  • Learning about the new AIHC organizational structure, including the Collaboration Hub, Collaboratives and Committees. 
  • Discovering opportunities to get involved in the organization and how to make the most of your member benefits
  • Networking with colleagues and making professional connections
