Kim Gay, MSW: Kim received her Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University followed by a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Kim has worked in care management in various settings for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience working with an interprofessional team in hospital, rehabilitation, and home-based patient care settings. Her interests include helping seniors manage physical, environmental, and psycho-social health issues and employing interprofessional team members to maximize health outcomes.
