Dr. Madigosky is an Associate Professor of Health Systems Science and Interprofessional Collaboration Lead at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine (KPSOM) where she oversees a longitudinal curriculum achieving teamwork and collaboration outcomes. She is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (CUSOM) where she cares for patients/families in an interprofessional clinic. From 2014-2021, she directed the CU Anschutz Medical Campus Interprofessional Education and Development course and developed and refined a team coaching approach for over 100 in-person and online interprofessional teams with students from six health professions.
