Seminar Description: Sometimes after assessment, forward movement in a project dictates there exists a need for change in process, protocols, and/or personnel. This seminar addresses the importance of having an interdisciplinary team for the holistic development of healthcare educational experiences, and how to have a positive, professional conversation when changes are necessary.
