Teresa Schicker serves as Program Manager of the Minnesota Northstar Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program at the University of Minnesota. In her previous role she managed a national network to conduct research in interprofessional education and collaborative practice in healthcare. She has experience in operations in medical research. In a previous role she lead the Minnesota training center for the national implementation of TeamSTEPPS, a curriculum aimed at optimizing patient outcomes by improving communication and teamwork skills. Teresa earned a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Minnesota, focusing on public administration and health.
