Rebecca Koppel is a Senior Program Manager at the Camden Coalition where she works in the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs. She leads the complex care certificate content development and supports other National Center programs. Rebecca has prior experience in research, capacity building, and clinical settings, and holds a Masters of Social Work and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lightning Talk Description: Complex care is a growing interprofessional field that seeks to improve health and well-being for people with complex health and social needs — those who have multiple chronic physical and behavioral health conditions combined with social barriers that are exacerbated by systemic problems such as racism and poverty.
