Dr. Foster is a Clinical Associate Professor at Thomas Jefferson University. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Miami and earned her Medical Degree and Master of Public Health Degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Thomas Jefferson University, where she pursued an Academic Faculty Fellowship and later joined as full-time faculty. She currently serves as an Associate Residency Program Director and as Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice in the Department of Family & Community Medicine. She has interests in graduate medical education, reproductive health, social justice, health equity, anti-racism, and workforce diversity.
