Kristen Roberts is an associate professor of clinical nutrition holding a joint appointment within in the school of health and rehabilitation sciences and the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at The Ohio State University. She has practiced as an RDN for over fifteen years and has contributed several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters focused in gastrointestinal nutrition. She is the co-editor for the text Short Bowel Syndrome: Nutritional, Surgical and Medical Management and Medical Nutrition Therapy: A Case Based Approach. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and has served on several committees within ASPEN, OSPEN and DNS.
