Dr. John Liantonio is an Associate Professor of Family and Community Medicine, Director of the Division of Palliative Care, and Director of the Hospital and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. His interests include creating palliative care education programs, streamlining clinical operations and utilizing interprofessional teams to achieve best practice.

Lightning Talk Description: The need for primary palliative care education has been recognized across multiple disciplines, but many existing educational efforts have been siloed within individual disciplines.
