Dr. Terry Eggenberger is Executive Director, Interprofessional Education and Practice, Office of the Provost, Florida Atlantic University; Professor, Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing; and Clinical Affiliate Professor, Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. She has led IPE endeavors since 2008, publishing and presenting on team science and communication. Her research includes a 2015 Macy’s Presidential Grant (2015) that strengthened IP relationships and communication in acute care and hardwired TeamSTEPPS at the point of care and a 2017 NEPQR IPCP HRSA grant that advanced IP team building in the delivery of diabetes mellitus and mental health care to an underserved population.
