Teresa Cochran is the CQuence Professor for Innovation in Healthcare and Assistant Dean in the College of Allied Health Professions (CAHP) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she co-directs interprofessional learning initiatives for the CAHP. Dr. Cochran holds national board certification in Geriatrics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, specializing in vestibular rehabilitation and balance dysfunction to maintain mobility and prevent disability in older adults. Dr. Cochran has collaborated on several interprofessional grants and publications, and she has delivered over 45 presentations involving interprofessional education and practice at national and international venues. Her most recent research connects tele-teams of health professions students with stroke survivors in rural areas. Dr. Cochran co-chairs the AIHC Student Engagement Working Group.
