Dr. Watts is an Associate Professor and the Interim Associate Dean for Technology and Innovation in the UAB School of Nursing . She is the Assistant Director of IP curriculum at UAB and have worked for over 10 years in conducting IPE and IP simulation experiences. She has received the advanced simulation certification from CHSE-A. Dr. Watts attended the Basic IMS and Advanced Simulation training course at the Center for Medical Simulation in Boston, Mass. and is the current chair of the INACSL Standards of Best Practice committee.
