Paul is a clinical pharmacy specialist in psychiatry at CHI Health’s – Immanuel Medical Center and at CHI Health’s Lasting Hope Recovery Center in Omaha, NE. He is a tenured Associate Professor at the Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, where he also serves as Senior Associate Dean. He is an author of numerous articles and book chapters. He is an active researcher in cooperation with the School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry at Creighton, and the College of Nursing at Creighton.

Interprofessional Education (IPE) activities are ideal for simulating the collaborative practice environment. Within IPE activities, students must learn to care for patients' physical and mental health needs across their lifespans.
