Monica Bailey, MA; Instructional Designer with over ten years of experience in the field of education, most of which in Medical Education, both at the University of California, San Francisco and the University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM). As an instructional design professional my products are designed to incorporate instructional system theory and models (such as ADDIE, Gange’s nine events of instruction, etc.). My current role is as the Lead Instructional Designer for the HRSA grant, awarded to the UCF on designing a toolkit for Healthcare Learners and Professionals offering wellness resources to build resiliency.
