Marta is currently a final year Honors Research Pharm.D student at Rutgers University. As an honors research student, she has been working on the Osteoporosis and Falls Screening Event for the past 3 years. Marta has completed the Rutgers University SURF program where she developed and facilitated a 10-day Bone Health Program which was presented to the Princeton, NJ community. Marta has also completed research in food/ behavioral change with Eating for your Health in Princeton, NJ which was presented at ASHP Midyear and Rutgers Research Day. Marta is now planning to pursue her MPH in Health Systems and Policy.

Interprofessional Student Poster Description: Background: Osteoporosis is a preventable metabolic bone disease that increases the risk of debilitating falls and fractures. Early screening is important to identify people at risk for osteoporosis and falls.
