Marina Galvez-Peralta PharmD, PhD, FCP. - Associate Professor and Assistant Chair of Education, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at West Virginia School of Pharmacy. - Dr. Galvez has contributed to the design of system based therapeutic courses where basic and clinical sciences were integrated, as well as designing and coordinating pharmacogenomics. At WVU she is highly involved in scholarship of teaching and learning, curricular innovation, interprofessional education, critical thinking and students' wellbeing.

Background: Patients experiencing homelessness have a high risk for chronic medical conditions, a higher mortality rate than the general population and often have difficulty accessing and managing medications.
