Lindsey Yates is a general dentist and Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. She also serves as Assistant Director for the CU Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education. Prior to moving to Colorado, Dr. Yates practiced interprofessionally in Chicago and directed the dental department within a large multi-specialty not-for-profit health center, and served as an attending in the Department of Dentistry at Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

But within this post-conventional stage, we find a wide variety of understanding and lived experience.
