Lauren Hersh is a practicing geriatrician and clinical educator in the Department of Community Medicine and the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University (TJU). She is active in medical and interprofessional education, serving as a geriatrics clerkship director at Sidney Kimmel Medical College and medical director of the Physician Assistant Program across the TJU enterprise. As a recent Geriatric Academic Career Award recipient, she has spent the past four years engaged in work relating to IPE and social determinants of health (SDoH). Her scholarship focuses on issues related to geriatric education pedagogy, interprofessional education, and SDoH.

Lightning Talk Description: This survey was a part of the 2022 Council of Academic Family Medicine (CAFM) Educational Research Alliance [CERA] national survey of Family Medicine (FM) Residency Program Directors (PDs) in the United States and Canada.
