Kathryn (Katie) Hoffman, MA, CHSE, currently serves as the Project Manager for the Department of Interprofessional Education (IPE) and Research Coordinator for STEPS Simulation Lab. Her background is in Program Evaluation & Research. Katie has been working with IPE & Simulation Education at WVU STEPS Simulation Lab since 2013. Katie is an active member of the STEPS Research Committee, EQI Committee, and Policy & Procedure Committee. She became a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) in 2019, and has presented at International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH), HPSN World, and NEXUS Summit 2022.
