Katherine Gill is currently a Physician Associate student at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She grew up in rural Kansas and attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. At the University of Oklahoma, she served as the Interprofessional Education Chair for the Physician Associate Program Class of 2023. Through that position she was involved in coordinating Unity Clinic and served as a liaison for the Interdisciplinary Student Council. During her second year, she became the Vice Chair for the Interdiscplinary Student Council. This position gave her the oppurtunity to continue advocating for interprofessional collaboration and highlight the multitude of IPE activities on campus. After graduation, Katherine plans on practicing in rural primary care and will continue implementing and advocating for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Interprofessional Student Poster Description: Unity Week is an annual event that takes place during Interprofessional Health Care month at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
