Kaisa Syvaoja is an Assistant Professor at The College of St. Scholastica in the Department of Occupational Therapy. She serves as the fieldwork specialist and coordinates occupational therapy services in the on-campus pro-bono clinic. She also coordinates and teaches content related to interprofessional practice. Kaisa is a co-project director for a US Department of Education grant focused on increasing mental health services and supports within school-based settings through collaborative practice and integration of occupational therapy services focused on mental health.

Lightning Talk Description: Working together for impact and developing and sustaining IPE, whether interprofessional education, collaborative practice, interprofessional clinical learning environments, or interprofessional academic-community partnerships, requires leadership to attend to the well-being of individuals and teams, as well as their own well-being.
