Jerica Berge, PhD, MPH, LMFT is both a researcher and behavioral medicine clinician. She is a licensed therapist who treats children, adults, couples, and families across a broad spectrum of behavioral health care needs. Dr. Berge conducts research in the areas of child, adolescent, and adult whole-person health which encompasses physical, mental, behavioral, and social health. She is a professor and vice chair for research at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine’s Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. She is the director of the Primary Care Service Line-Practice Based Research Network at the University of Minnesota Medical School.

Poster Description: Background:The University of Minnesota (UMN) Practice Based Research Network (PBRN) is composed of groups of primary care providers and practices conducting community-based participatory research and advancing evidence-based care.
