James Dickman is from a small town in Wisconsin; he has wanted to be a small-town physician from a young age and he is currently in the process of fulfilling this dream at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. James is currently a fourth year medical student and was recently selected for his school's Gold Humanism Honor Society chapter. He hopes to match into an internal medicine residency program at the conclusion of his undergraduate medical education.

Interprofessional Student Poster Description: Introduction:Patients interact with a variety of healthcare professionals and often interact with learners across the entire spectrum of training. While students may contribute significantly to patient care activities, their role is often unclear and it may be difficult for both patients and staff to identify who is a learner.
