Dr. Holly Wei is a Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship at the East Tennessee State University College of Nursing. Her research focuses on organizational caring culture, interprofessional collaboration, health promotion across the lifespan, and epigenetic biomarkers.
Dr. Wei has over 70 professional publications and is known nationally and internationally for her nursing practice models and Convergent Care Theory. Visionary Leadership in Healthcare (a textbook she co-edited) was awarded the 2022 American Journal of Nursing Book of the Year. Dr. Wei is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and a highly sought-after speaker.

Lightning Talk Description: A large Academic Health Science Center faces unique challenges in meeting the accreditation needs of 5 colleges housing 18 different programs, subspecialties, and concentrations some of which have exclusively online learners. A longitudinal one-year IPE experience was developed to provide IPE to on-ground learners from 4 colleges: Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health.
