Genevieve Melton-Meaux is a tenured Professor of Surgery and practicing colorectal surgeon, Core Faculty and Professor in the Institute for Health Informatics, Director of the Center for Learning Health System Sciences, and Senior Associate Dean for Health Informatics and Data Science in the Medical School at the University of Minnesota. At M Health Fairview, she serves as Chief Analytics and Care Innovation Officer leading data technology, analytics, and informatics, as well as key initiatives in the shift to value including a system-wide clinical variation reduction evidence-based care guidelines program.

Poster Description: Background:The University of Minnesota (UMN) Practice Based Research Network (PBRN) is composed of groups of primary care providers and practices conducting community-based participatory research and advancing evidence-based care.
