Emily Gherghel currently serves as the Lead Physical Therapy Learning and Simulation Developer at Simucase. She is a physical therapist with experience in various rehabilitation settings after having practiced across the country. She is an APTA member, NYPTA, APTA Education Section member in addition to serving on the NYPTA Program Committee. She earned both a bachelor’s in English and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Misericordia University. She has authored research published in the Journal of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine. Additionally, she is a Certified Clinical Instructor and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
