Denyi M. Canario Asencio is a 200hr Trauma-Informed Yoga instructor, retired US Army Veteran. Research Assistant and contributor to the Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Training Program at the College of Medicine, University of Central Florida. She provides Trauma-informed Yoga for the Department of Veterans Affairs and for a non-Profit organization to Veterans dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Denyi is a dedicated and passionate Yoga teacher and a multi-faceted individual. Her personal insight, practical experience and precise teachings holds the deepest intention to awaken others to their own healing power to the joy of living fully thru yoga.
