Carlisha Symia Moragne, RN, MS, MSN. a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2023. Affiliated with VPIL Vanderbilt Program in Inter-professional Learning. Carlisha is a native of Pontiac, MI and moved to Nashville to pursue her education in 2005. Graduating from Tennessee State University in 2009 with a B.S in Biology and again in 2016 with a M.S in Biochemistry. In 2021, she pursed her career in nursing. Carlisha is a devoted wife and mother of two.

Background:
We are an interprofessional team including a pharmacy, nursing, and medical student as part of the Vanderbilt Program of Interprofessional Learning, a 2-year longitudinal and clinically-based interprofessional program. As part of the program, students are asked to design and implement an improvement project.
