Dr. Tran completed his physician assistant training in 2008 at Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program in Arvada, CO, and his Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University. In addition, he completed a physician assistant fellowship program in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. Prior to his work at UT Southwestern Medical Center, he received his Bachelor of Pharmacy in 1997 and his Doctorate in Pharmacology in 2001 from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. Currently, he serves as the Director of IPE for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Poster Description: Introduction: Team FIRST is an institutional program founded to address educational gaps in communication and teamwork for interprofessional learners hosted by UT Southwestern. The longitudinal curriculum comprises five modules that build upon each other to teach teamwork competencies.
