I am a senior at the University of Minnesota majoring in Health Services Management and currently work as an Administrative & Service Assistant at CHIP. In this role, I helped support CHIP's interprofessional programs and collaborated on the case study for CLARION. My passion for healthcare sparked from seeing the high racial disparities in health in my community and the pressing need for more efficient health programs to alleviate those disparities. I aspire to be a healthcare leader that helps improve the overall health and wellbeing of racial minorities, increase health equity, and make a real difference in my community.

Lightning Talk Description: Each year, the CLARION Case Competition engages learners from across the country in interprofessional, team-based problem solving around an issue in healthcare practice and systems.
