Angela Shoup, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Callier Center for Communication Disorders and a professor in the department of Speech, Language and Hearing, School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at the University of Texas at Dallas. She also has an appointment as clinical professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She is a past president of the American Academy of Audiology, past president of the Texas Academy of Audiology, and is currently Chair of the Audiology Academy of the National Academies of Practice.
