Dr. Ana C.G. Felix is currently a faculty member in the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Dr. Felix is a Vascular Neurologist, with a passion for Medical Education for all learners to reduce Neurophobia. Dr. Felix serves as the Co-Director for the Neurosciences Course and the Director for the Neurosciences Bootcamp, where Interdisciplinary and Interprofessional Training is an area of focus for School of Medicine Senior Medical Students embarking on their Internship training. She also has an interest in Sports Neurology, serving as the lead Neurologist in the UNC Brain and Body Program with the Gfeller Center for Retired Athletes at UNC.

Lightning Talk Description: This interactive interprofessional activity demonstrates how health professionals work cooperatively to treat patients with a traumatic brain injury (TBI); helping students to understand a patient's journey from the moment of injury through the continuum of in-patient and outpatient care.
