Ally Taubenheim is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Community University Health Care Center (CUHCC). She received her DNP training at the University of Minnesota and she is also a current student in the DNP psychiatry program. Ally Taubenheim also serves as the Clinical IPE Specialist at CUHCC Clinic. She is a pioneering leader to improve team-based care in the clinical setting. Her special interests include bridging primary care and mental health care for children and families.

Seminar Description: Community health centers are on the frontlines to achieving high-functioning, team-based care that advances health equity.
