Movement Moves Us: Pranayama and Guided meditation
This activity will guide participants through simple breathing exercises (Pranayam)and allow participants to experience deep meditation.
About the Facilitator
Rekha Kar is an Associate Professor at UT Health San Antonio and one of the leaders of the LINC IPE initiatives at her institution. She is an International Association for Human Values (IAHV) certified meditation instructor, and leads breath and meditation workshops on a regular basis.
